FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our The Key of Me events at Chianti Cafe will be by donation at the door! Reserve your spot in advance for Chianti dinners/performances by calling Chianti at 780.439.9829 whenever possible so we can prepare seating arrangements.
At the festival, we accept credit, debit, and cash, though contactless is preferred. Due to limited seating, we highly recommend booking your tickets in advance as opposed to getting them at the door and if you have any issues, please us at info@skirtsafire.com.
Some venues/shows will allow latecomers, however, that is to the discretion of the specific show, artists, and front of house staff. We always recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the performance time.
If a show does allow latecomers, our staff will scan your ticket or help you purchase one, then will help you into the theatre to a seat quietly and at a time in the show when it is the least disturbing for the artists performing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of a sold out show and a waitlist at the door (patrons that show up hoping to purchase a ticket), we do release “no show tickets” after the show has been scheduled to begin.

Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) is a great tool that organizations in the arts and beyond can use to make our performances available no matter what income. With help from Brooke Leifso, Accessibility Coordinator, we’ve created this handy guide to help folks understand what PWYC really means, and where you and your financial situation could fit in.
We are pleased to offer 12-14 PWYW tickets available for each performance of every event at the festival. There is also a full PWYW performance of Dance Nation by Clare Barron on March 11.
If you require an attendant, aide, or companion, they are still required to have a ticket. Please contact us at coordinator@skirtsafire.com and we’ll book a ticket for the accompanying person at no extra cost.
All of our venues are wheelchair accessible.
