FAQ

  • In order to purchase a pass, please sign in to Showpass or create an account when you purchase. This account is where your ticket credits will live! If you don’t sign in or create an account at this point, you will be prompted in your confirmation email to “Connect Order to Account” which you will need to do in order to redeem.
  • When tickets are on sale and you are ready to book, just sign back in, add a General Admission or Student/Senior ticket to your cart and your pass code should automatically apply at checkout.
  • Make sure you are signed in to your account!
