I understand that in order to volunteer, I must be fully vaccinated and will need to provide proof via a QR Code and Photo ID.
I undertand that the volunteer positions take place in indoor venues and Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While preventative measures, safety precautions, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. While participating in SkirtsAfire preparations, rehearsals, performances, events and/or productions, physical distancing of six feet when possible is required. Personal protective masks must be worn at all times.
