SCIP Internships
The Serving Communities Internship Program, SCIP, is a mutually beneficial opportunity for both non-profit/voluntary sector organizations and students. Chosen SCIP students will receive a $1000 bursary at the end of their internship.

Production Assistant
This student will work closely with festival staff to ensure festival productions and venues run smoothly. Tasks include:

Update festival staff contact sheet;

Assist with venue set up and strike of the festival venues;

Work with the production manager (PM), technical director (TD), technicians, festival director, and festival manager to make sure events run smoothly and on-time;

Assist with show-flow for high-attendance events;

Under the direction of the TD and PM, create a binder and/or USB for future festival management;

Assist with sourcing, purchasing materials, pick up of materials for festival as required;

Install banners for bridges and outside of venues;

Work with technicians to build the theatre space, cabaret space and the gallery space(s);

Assist with setup, cleaning and strike of performance venues each day as needed
