On May 25th, we will be participating in Northern Light Theatre’s BATTLE FOR THE LIMELIGHT Fundraiser.
NLT’s legendary foot race, scavenger hunt, and fundraiser benefitting the entire Edmonton not-for-profit community returns. Over twenty-five theatre companies and not-for-profit arts organizations meet to compete for YEG glory and year-long bragging rights.
Founded in 2014 by Northern Light Theatre, THE BATTLE FOR THE LIMELIGHT was conceived as a fundraiser which could benefit the entire theatre community. Registered teams collect pledges and donations for their charity of choice – everything they raise they keep! Participants then race to Edmonton landmarks, find clues, complete challenges, solve puzzles, and battle it out in friendly competition, while kicking off the Edmonton theatre season in this fun-spirited event.
You can generously support SkirtsAfire’s 2020 Festival by making a pledge. All donations of $20 or more will receive a tax deductible receipt.
